Thick multi-layer insulation wraps the oven and floor to maximise thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss.​ 

30mm removable cordierite stone floor​ 

Delivers consistent, high-temperature floor performance with excellent heat retention—and can be removed or replaced without tools for easy maintenance and long-term use.​ 

Ceramic coating over aluminised steel

A tough ceramic coating over aluminized steel resists corrosion and wear, while 304 stainless steel burners and internals deliver lasting performance, bake after bake.

Reaches temperatures in excess of 950ºF/500ºC

Built-in digital console with thermocouple sensors and 2 zone temp gauge

Dome XL (Gen 2) can be used indoors for commercial use only with relevant extraction (under EN203-1 safety standards). Please consult a local extraction specialist for correct ventilation guidance depending on your set up.
