The Whistler Burford Side Burner 3/4 expands your outdoor kitchen beyond grilling by adding a dedicated, built-in gas side burner module designed to complement the Burford 3 and Burford 4 BBQ heads. This is the upgrade that turns an outdoor “BBQ area” into a true outdoor kitchen: sauces can reduce while steaks sear, pasta water can boil while vegetables grill, and sides can be finished without stepping indoors.

In high-end outdoor cooking, the side burner is what unlocks restaurant-style sequencing. It lets you keep your main grill surface free for proteins while you manage supporting elements — sautéed onions, pan sauces, steamed veg, warm marinades, or even a wok for fast, high-heat stir-fries. Whistler recommends the SB3 model to match the Burford 3 and Burford 4 sizes, keeping your modular kitchen balanced and visually cohesive.
